CLASSES
Vinyasa
A style of yoga linking breath with movement. Classes flow between postures, building strength and mindfulness. Each teacher brings her/his own style to the sequence of class.
All levels welcome.
Slow Flow
A slower vinyasa with equal emphasis on holding postures and moving with intention. Build new body awareness and create space for peace of mind.
All levels welcome.
Restorative & Yin
A gentle yoga class for reconnecting to the body and release tension. Floor postures with the support of props give your body time to decompress from stress and find your center. Perfect for anyone needs balance from Vinyasa/Power Yoga or someone who is simply looking to feel better in their body.
Prenatal
A safe, community space whether in your first or fifth pregnancy. Prenatal yoga allows time to focus on breathing and poses that alleviate common ailments of pregnancy and prepare your body and baby for birth.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
Postnatal
A community building class that focuses on slowly strengthening the body, specifically the core, after baby is born. Newborns through pre-crawlers are welcome, but are not active participants in class.

children’s yoga
We offer children’s yoga sessions for ages 4-9, 3-4 times per year. You can view upcoming childen’s yoga classes here on our booking calendar.
